That's not true. HVM guests can use a bunch of hypercalls, like
GNTTABOP, XENMEM, PHYSDEVOP...

Shouldn't you use the existing HVM_PARAM_ALTP2M values in the
enumeration above instead of introducing a new nomenclature?
