OOPS should never occur because something has been misconfigured. The
log suggest the address used is bogus, did you trace where the address
was coming from?

Also, looking at the log you are using 4.19.59-rt24+g9d2b51c. AFAICT,
this is not the latest version of RT for 4.19. Can you please use the
latest version to check if the bug can still be reproduced?
