[Xen-users] no ping and ssh login after starting xend

Hi,
my xen-machine is running fine. I'm able
to start different virtual machines.
But i still have one big problem.
After starting xend with (xend start)
it is not possible to ping ar connect
to the xen0-machine from any other machine.
Does someone have a solution or any idea
how to fix this?

It is important to solve this problem because 
i want to put the xen-server into a serverroom.
So i need access via ssh to the server.
