There are no packages for 3.0-final though ...

In the future packages will be available from 
http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?xenpreview, at the moment 
there are no 3.0-final packages yet either.
The xenified linux kernels available from 
http://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/kernel/kotd/i386/HEAD/
are already on 3.0-final level (based on 2.6.15-rc and the merge tree).

As far I know there are no updated xen hypervisor rpms yet.
