Possibly because you have some PCI device that doesn't respond for a
long time... From one of my colleagues, the time is around 4 sceonds
from the request to reply-timeout. Although without getting the actual
error code from the MCE registers, I can't really say what the exact
cause is. The above would be my "75% sure" guess...
