Seen the same thing here on a fc6-dom0 with sles10, rhel4 and debian-unstable in domU, nash-hotplug hanging and sucking up a cpu. Just a fc6-domU behaves as it should, used the fc6-initrd for all those domU, maybe thats the cause.
