Oracle Austin Data Center. Although you'll have to contact them directly
to get the verification goodness that you are looking for....

BTW, your customers are right to be cautious about "data center
readiness"
of Xen in immediate time frames. The software is still a baking cake,
and
the community is still becoming a community.
