May be it's possible to send hotplug event that device is attached
without real attaching?

Or do something like partprobe (I know that partprobe is useless in
my case; it's just an example).


It's very sad to understand that I have LVMs and ext2resize
and possibility of hotplug device attaching 
but despite of this I have to reboot (or go into single user mode
yo unmount filesystem) my domU 
and make my service unavailable for some time.
