There is a patch for an older version of the driver that works here on debian/sid with selfcompiled xen 3.1 (so kernel 2.6.18) on a 32bit system: http://fluxcoil.net/files/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9746-pkg1_xendom0.patch Maybe the patch helps you to write a patch for the 64bit-version, if that doesnt already exist.
