Did you rip out your old Xen first? Mixing and matching source-code
compiled tools, and RPM installed tools, can leave an incompatible mix
of components strewn around. It's particularly bad with Perl modules,
but it's not that much better with some Python tools.

You might also consider doing a clean re-install up to Fedora Release 7.
It's pretty good for Xen!
