I implemented a XML-RPC python tools that checks all the servers that have registered theirselves in my Xen-pool. Basically from there it checks for CPU usage and Network traffic. I don't know if it is possible to check active memory bandwidth usage, could be interesting, but it would mean Xen needs to aggregate it to be useful later, otherwise it would cost a lot of resources checking everything every second.
