Hi,

install Etch with some supported NIC (3c905,Realtek 8139,e100).

Thank download and install Xen from sources - you have to compile
kernel and than
download NetXen driver sources
http://www.netxen.com/products/downloads.html and compile it as module
againt Xen kernel. Than you can remove temporary nic.

It should work. I had to do it same way with Intel e1000 NIC.
