Hi,

install Etch with some supported NIC (3c905,Realtek 8139,e100).

Thank download and install Xen from sources - you have to compile
kernel and than
download NetXen driver sources
http://www.netxen.com/products/downloads.html and compile it as module
againt Xen kernel. Than you can remove temporary nic.

It should work. I had to do it same way with Intel e1000 NIC.

 Pls, excuse the question.
Is it posible to have support for NetXen 10Gbps NICs in XEN ?
We want to install Debian Etch (2.6.18) and Xen, but we think we need to
upgrade the kernel to newer version to have support for this nics.
Does anyone has idea how to make this ?
Is this possible to make a Installer CD with new kernel and XEN compiled to
this one ?

 Thank in advance.

Pls, reply to this email (neohal@xxxxxxxxxxx)
