I certainly haven't compared every possible version, but I
recently switched from SLES10sp1 and the Xen that ships with
it to debian etch and building Xen 3.2 manually from the mercurial
repo, and the system has been lots more stable since
then. The VMs tend to stay up all the time instead of crashing
randomly :-).
