But of course you will put your entire operation on one machine with no redundancy. You are bringing in 200k a day and you buy one server to run everything? What testing had you done before hand to ensure that your setup would work as planned, and what was your plan for failure?

Your blaming Xen for your lack of testing and foresight is ridiculous at best. Xen doesn't have the flaw, Novell's drivers have the flaw. Build from source or try a different vendor and ask them to validate your setup before you go live with mission critical applications.

But now you want to go with M$ and their VM solution and you ask questions here? Go ask M$ and let them tell you what you need to do and how to do it. But remember their motto, "Marketing, where the rubber meets the sky.", or something like that.
