In this point i try to get IP like this:
# ifconfig eth0 192.168.0.15 up
then, i add a route:
# route add default gw 192.168.0.1 (it's my default gw)

But i don't see any packets going from mi GW to my box and from mi Box to my GW.

I would recommend the following:

1. Uninstall network-manager

2. Configure your network card(s) manually in /etc/network/interfaces.

3. Restart the network, xend, etc. services or the whole computer.
