Version of virt-manager is NOT changed. version changed programs are  kernel-xen, xen and xen-libs.

kernel-xen-2.6.18-92.1.10.el5 to kernel-xen-2.6.18-92.el5
xen-3.0.3-64.el5 to xen-3.0.3-64.el5_2.1
xen-libs-3.0.3-64.el5 to xen-libs-3.0.3-64.el5_2.1

these are running on CentOS 5.2 x86_64 platform...
