[Xen-users] Converting VMWare 2008 to xen domU

I have a Windows 2008 VMWare 2.0 VM built using IDE with a flat file. I
ran the following command to convert it to an image file:
qemu-img convert 2008server-flat.vmdk 2008server.img

When I try and boot off the img file in xen I get a missing operating
system. I have not tried to boot off the 2008 cd to see if I could
repair it, but that's my next step. I've using this process to convert
win2k and win2k3 machines, but this is my first attempt at 2008.

Anyone tried this and know if it works?
