Looking at the interface, I get the impression that virt-install only
support bridge networking. That doesn't mean you can't use route or
NAT though: you can add it on top of bridge. For example virbr0 is a
NAT-over-bridge network created by libvirtd. You should be able to
create additional bridge or setup routing using xenbr0 (or whatever
your bridge is).
