into device manager and select scan for devices, that usually installs
the rest of the drivers.

Device manager scan found the Xen PCI driver that was upset (market with
yellow "!"), but that didn't fix the boot problem.


  
I ran through it again and found that I was incorrect in what I said above.  The driver that started with the "!" was the SCSI driver.  When I told device manager to scan again, it complained that the Xen PCI Driver could not be loaded, but it did clear the "!" on the SCSI driver.
