I use 0.1.0 at this moment and only see a debian etch folder, in the
tools folder on the cd :), so i think that's the problem :-).. So you
have 0.1.1 and see debian-lenny folder?

Thanks,

     ÂHi Vern,

ÂThanks alot for your input, i'll create a new Debian vm and
   Âunpack
Âeverything on my NFS server :), that sounds like a good solution
Âanyways :-). I just tabbed till i found some commando's pressed
Âenter and it seemd to work :P, not knowing that it will
   Âdestroy my
     Âvm later on :-).

ÂI'll try it again your way, thanks!

ÂI've never been able to get the xvdd method to work. If I

   Âthe iso
Âthat way anyways, the tools iso is "supposed" to show up
Âautomagically as /dev/xvdd in the VM (virtual machine
Âinstallation guide, page 27, installing the Linux guest
   Âagent).

ÂWhat I did was to unpack the iso on a share on my NFS
   Âserver and
Âmount the share from the VM to do the installation.

ÂOke now it works, it was installed, and i wanted to
   Âtry live

Âso i added the xen-tools iso to the vm with the
   Âfollowing
         Âcommand:
         Â/[root@node1 ~]# xe vm-cd-add cd-name=xs-tools.iso
   Âvm=lenny-test

         Â/[root@node1 ~]# /

         Âany pointers :-)?
