[Xen-users] VM slow copy speed

hello all

is there any seeting in side teh vm what need to be done to make the copy/sync/mv faster ?

My VM is having HVM and having rhel5.2 

on the base machine i am getting speed of 130Mb per second where are in the VM i am only getting speed of 22 Mb per second
