Sure.

Can you just confirm the install process.

1) boot in test mode

2) install drivers

3) reboot twice

4) turn off test mode?

Adding /GPLPV does nothing.

Are you able to try the non-debug version of the driver again? Maybe
there is something wrong with the debug version, although I regularly
install both.
