For remote installations like this, I recommend that you deploy a machine 
that supports console and virtual media access via IPMI. It really is a 
lifesaver. This would also allow you to switch installs later, should you 
need to.
Among the relatively inexpensive solutions are those based on Supermicro 
barebones configurations such as the 6016T-NTF.
