Hi list,

maybe this topic was already discussed but I searched the web and didn't find
anything special to xen.
I have a Windows Vista installed on the machine and want to run it sometimes
native and sometimes as a guest within xen.
When I start Vista as a guest early on boot it finished with an error.
On th web I read a lot about this hardware profile stuff for WinXP but no
solution for Vista.
Is there any known solution?
The problem seems to be the different disk hardware on bare metal and xen.
Any help or a statement that this is impossible would be very welcome!
Thanks.
Dietmar.
