Hi, thanks for the response!

I was considering that but I was worried about the drivers being old. The 
server 
works fine with CentOS but I think I am relying on a back-ported driver 
(Forcedeth).

are we saying that there are known issues around running PV VM's and the PV_OPS 
kernel?
