Hope I don't annoy you but I'm totally stuck.

Here is my question to all xen users:

Is there anyone who has a running pv_ops kernel (like 2.6.32.x or
2.6.35.x or 2.6.38.x or 3.x) which supports the following operations
without a crash:

- boot with maxvcpus > vcpus
- then migrate from one dom0 to another
- raise the vcpus (via xm vcpu-set)
- take the cpus online in the domu

either on xen 4.0.x or 4.1.x with pv_ops dom0 OR patch dom0 (like
2.6.26.x) with or without pv_spinlock enabled.

While I've been doing this for more than a year now with a 2.6.26 kernel
with xen patches without one single crash, I've not been able to do it
in any way with newer pv_ops kernel.

Taking the cpus online crashes the domu whith "cpu stuck" messages and
silly timestamps like 10,000s.

Anyone, please :)

Regards,

Tim
