George & Joseph Thanks for your response , since this domU copied from dom0 and has no a grub on it, although I give other try to installed kernel-xen and grub manually on OSS Xen Host, which still being stuck to start up.Do I need fix the grub installation first on OSS Xen Host and then start migration ?
