well, if you compiled xen from source, you have a make target 'make
uninstall' which deletes all xen related stuff.

But be aware: it deletes everything with xen in the name from boot, so if
probably deletes a -xen kernel if you have one.. so better have a backup or
non-xen-kernel ;)

And just to make everything right, you should boot into a normal kernel
before and don't have xen started.. ;)
