I have a domU that has been running just fine for the last year with 2048m of
ram. I changed the config to give it 4096m of ram, and now when I start
it up, it crashes without any output to the console at all. It doesn't even
make it to the grub loader screen. What could be the cause? It might be
worth mentioning that the host is 64 bit but the guest is only 32 bit.

Do standard builds of pv-grub work? If you don't have anything else handy,
Xen4Centos ships it in
https://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/6/xen4/x86_64/Packages/xen-runtime-4.4.2-2.el6.x86_64.rpm

It at least gets me a rescue prompt of grub legacy 0.97, so I guess that points to it being a bug in my local build of grub-xen.
