Can you provide a full log of the console messages, please? Please use the additional hypervisor boot options: loglvl=all guest_loglvl=all sync_console Just in case you haven't done that: you'll probably need to set up a serial console to get the console log, please see http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Xen_Serial_Console for how to do this.
