[Xen-users] DomU CPU Bursting

Hello Everyone, 

I have been struggling with this for a while now but can’t seem to get any 
confirmation from available docs, etc. Does Xen have any concept of CPU 
bursting? In other words, if am inside a DomU and I the top command shows 100% 
CPU usage. Is there any reason to believe the domU can take advantage to more 
CPU resources beyond it’s allocation if the dom0 (physical host) has available 
CPU resources?
