[Xen-users] Building Packer VMs on top of Xen: failed to get HVM_PARAM_IOREQ_PFN

Hi !

I have been trying to build a VM on top of Xen using Packer, 
and I can't seem to make it work.

My template is located here:
https://github.com/Wenzel/vagrant-xen/blob/master/fedora/provision/packer-templates/windows_7_x64.json

And QEMU raises the following error:
failed to get HVM_PARAM_IOREQ_PFN
qemu-system-x86_64: failed to get ioreq server info: error 22 
handle=0x56342ec0c710
qemu-system-x86_64: xen hardware virtual machine initialisation failed

It doesn't give me much information.
Does anyone know what's error and maybe how to fix it ?
