You want to use the tag `mirage` with any package that provides specific 
support for mirage in some way, so that mirage users can browse mirage build 
blocks in the opam repository. I don't think general purpose pure OCaml 
libraries should have this tag but those e.g. that expose functors that depend 
on mirage signatures. Now maybe this tag should be called `mirageos`.
