[Xen-devel] Create Dom1, 'only root can do that' ?

I'm using xeno1.2, and wanna create dom1, but it report this problems:

And then it stuck there, actually I succeeded to create new dom in another machine, so I don't know wha't the problem. Any help is highly appreciated.
