I have just applied this change, with the changes previously discussed
and the addition of:
** This is a guest visible ABI change which requires an updated guest kernel **
to the comment.

This means that xen-unstable 25024:b8a5e8100c5d and later requires
git://xenbits.xen.org/people/dvrabel/linux.git#vexpress-dt changeset
ef9437e20b9e549282a4602f1187023e4ad2c697 or later.

I will update the wiki page with this in a moment.
