Speaking as its author, I know what the objective is: to unpack what
'make install' would do, and remove it again afterwards.  The fact that
it uses a .deb package for that is unfortunate, because it leads people
to think of it as a packaged Xen.  Perhaps I ought to have rolled my own
manifest for uninstalling.
