Xen stuff is rebased because we needed it internally. I will rebase GRUB2
patches for convenience too. I hope that I will post them somewhere by the
end of this week.

PS If you want to work on any part of this project please coordinate
   all stuff with me. However, as I said earlier I am going to restart
   work on it in 2-3 weeks.
