CentOS core does *not* come with a Dom0-capable kernel.  But the CentOS Virt 
SIG packages a dom0 kernel for use with the CentOS Virt SIG Xen packages.

You can get the kernel by installing centos-release-xen, and then doing a “yum 
update”.
