$ cd xen.git/xen
$ git-ls-files | grep '\(Rules.*\|Makefile.*\|[Cc]onfig.*\)' | xargs \
   grep -nH '[A-Z_]+-.*' # yields nothing

So we're probably fine in xen directory.
