Hi Henning,

I've tried xenoppix kernel 2.6.16.33 and xen-3.0.4.

The main behavior is the same, "shutdown fired, reason: none"
What's going up?

You sad that you use the same hardware.

Please can you tell me your bios version, cpu type and chipset?
