Those aren't the Xen RPMS that ship with Fedora Core 5 - since we shipped
Xen 3.0.3, rather than 3.0.4. So I assume those are XenSource 3rd addons ?
Judging from the grub message, I'd say either the kernel was the wrong
architecture, or perhaps that kernel is a DomU only variety rather than 
a combined Dom0/DomU image

Most people using Xen on FC5 will be using the RPMs that are distributed as
part of the official FC5 distro, rather than 3rd party addons.
