Hi, if openSUSE, did you file a bug report at Novell's bugzilla? If SLES, and 
you 
have a supprt contract, did you file a bug report? As long as people don't know 
about the problems, it's unlikely they get fixed.

OK, you use your owen binaries... Than XEN bugzilla is likely the way to report.
