Looks good. The big thing in 3.1.2 and up is the default bridge is eth0, not 
xenbr0. You don't specify a bridge in your vif= statement, so you are okay. 
You use vfb= in your pv domain, and separate vnc parm lines in your hvm 
domain, so it looks good.

You *might* have trouble starting X in your linux pv domains. The 
video "device" in 3.1.2 and up uses fbdev in xorg.conf, the standard linux 
frame buffer in Xorg 7.3, and not the Xen Frame Buffer Device. SuSE's sax may 
fix this automagically for you.
