You have to append these modules while creating your initrd image file

 

scsi_mod

sg

sd_mod

 

And, of course, the filesystem driver (ext3, reiserfs) you’re using on you disk.

Do you mind showing me an example of doing that? Because at this point, I am not even sure which drivers are needed for the scsi.
