Open the "virt-manager" and check which bridge "DOM1" is connected to. If it is something other then "Xenbr0" then change it to "Xenbr0".

I suppose you are configuring the Xen in bridge mode? If so, make sure that the NIC interface of DOM1 is set to "share a Network device" rather then "NAT..."
