Yes, this was my first thought too.

Only one host system is described so this might be a localhost
migration, in which case you need enough spare RAM for 2 copies of the
domain and dom0.

Shane, you should also know that xl in 4.1 was a tech preview and some
stuff may not work quite right or smoothly. I thought basic migration
was OK though.
