Hi Ian,

Thanks for the response.  I should have been more complete.  I've
confirmed that the option CONFIG_DEBUG_LL is not set.  I also modeled
my domU config from the sample shown on the wiki.  I went ahead and
dumped the VCPU state and the PC wasn't at 0x0000000c.
