[Xen-users] Debian Stretch + xen 4.8 + Fresh install Boot loop with latest kernel.

Hi All,

I have a fresh install of Debian v9 Stretch + a system with a single intel CPU ( Gold 6148 CPU ). It was in a boot loop after installing Xen 4.8 from the default package. I have tried many different kernel versions  (newer) after seeing some problems with older kernels, however they all have the same issue.

Without xen the system/kernel boots fine.

I have tried removing the cpu pinning and memory limiting, same issue.

Any input/suggestion/direction/advice appreciated.

Many thanks!

Andrew.
