I'm tempted to set a power-on delay of 5 sec. I've switched to using osstest's power cycle operation, which does off, then its own delay, then on. osstest defaults to 5s but a few of the machines seemed to need more: I've configured it (in its database) to use 15s for godello{0,1} and oselata1.
